Virtual try-on not working? Upload, payment and result help
The right next step depends on where the workflow stopped. An upload error, camera-permission issue and paid generation delay need different responses. Keep your original browser tab and order number available before trying again.
A photo will not upload
Check the format and file size first. Accepted files are JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 10 MB. A HEIC image or an unsupported file type needs conversion. If the file is damaged, export a fresh copy from your photo app.
Wait until both input previews are visible. The Generate button also needs the photo-permission and terms checkbox. During an active paid order, some editing controls are disabled so the order is not accidentally changed while it is processing.
The camera does not open
The browser must allow camera access for the Take a photo button. Check the permission beside the website address and whether another application is using the camera. The website does not request microphone access.
You can continue by uploading an existing image instead. Camera access is optional for photo try-on. The current camera panel captures a still image; it will not show a continuously generated outfit video.
Payment succeeded but the draft disappeared
Keep using the same browser and avoid clearing site cookies while retrieving an order. The order is linked to that browser. Returning from Stripe in another browser or on another device may prevent the website from finding it.
If your order says Payment confirmed, upload the two photos again and use Generate with this paid order. An unused paid order should not require another payment. Contact support if you cannot see it, giving the order number or Stripe receipt reference.
The order is waiting, stuck or failed
Processing means the AI service is still creating the image. A displayed queue position comes from the provider; it is not a fixed countdown. Submitting means the website is confirming the generation request. Do not pay again to try to force either stage to finish.
An explicit provider rejection or failure triggers a refund request. The refunded state means Stripe accepted that request; your bank may take additional time. If a state continues without progress or refund help is needed, contact zhikui@deeptideai.com with the order number. Do not email full card details or private photos unless support has explained why they are needed.
Frequently asked questions
Should I pay again when generation is taking longer?
No. Keep the original order open and contact support if it stays stuck. A new purchase creates a different order.
Why does the AI result not match every clothing detail?
Generation can reconstruct patterns, text, face or body details imperfectly. A finished style preview is not an exact garment or sizing guarantee.
