Try on clothes from a product photo before buying
A garment reference can come from a product image you are allowed to use. You do not need the store to integrate Anywear Pro. The important part is preparing a readable image of the clothing, then judging the generated preview alongside the actual product information.
Save a usable clothing reference
Choose the main product image where the item is visible. Avoid a screenshot containing the search bar, price block, recommendations and many thumbnails. If you use a screenshot, crop it to the relevant photograph before uploading.
Do not remove another creator’s attribution or bypass a protected download. Product images have their own usage rules. If a store does not allow saving its photograph, use your own picture of the garment or another reference you have permission to use.
Select the exact piece in the image
An image of a shirt, trousers and jacket together can leave the intended change ambiguous. Choose a reference centered on one item, then select the matching category in the studio. A dress belongs in Dresses; trousers belong in Bottoms.
For a shirt, look for visible shoulders, neckline and sleeve edges. For trousers, include the full waistband and both legs. A cropped close-up can show texture while hiding the garment’s shape; it is usually not the best first reference.
Compare shopping options fairly
Keep one original person photo for several candidate garments. That keeps pose, framing and lighting more consistent, making it easier to compare a color or silhouette. Generate each alternative from the original photo rather than repeatedly editing a generated result.
Save the product link and your downloaded preview together in your own notes. Anywear Pro does not import your basket, remember a shopping account or verify the product’s current stock and price. Each new image is a separate paid generation.
Inspect details before deciding
Compare the result against the garment image: neckline, sleeve length, pattern placement, hems and pockets. AI can change small details or alter part of the person. A pleasing image should not override a mismatch with the product photograph.
Use the actual measurements, material description, customer photos and return policy for the purchase decision. A photo try-on can support styling choices, but it cannot confirm that the item will fit or feel the way the image suggests.
Frequently asked questions
Can I upload a product screenshot?
Yes, if you have permission to use it and export it as a supported image. Crop away page controls and unrelated products so one garment is clear.
Can I paste an Amazon, Zara or Shopify product link to import clothing?
The current studio accepts an uploaded image, not a product URL. There is no automatic store integration in this release.
