Before you submit
Selected images are previewed locally in your browser. Taking a photo uses your camera to capture a still image; the camera is stopped when you capture or close the panel. We do not request microphone access.
Browser draft and order cookie
Before redirecting to checkout, we temporarily save the two prepared images and clothing category in session storage in that browser tab so the draft can survive checkout. Clearing the workspace removes this draft. We also use an essential, private browser cookie to associate orders with your browser for up to 30 days. Do not use a shared device for private photos.
AI processing
After you submit a paid generation, your person and garment images are sent through our server to fal for processing using the FASHN model. We do not write the uploaded inputs into our order database. This does not mean fal retains no data: its own processing, request history and retention practices apply. Review fal’s privacy policy before using the service.
Payment handling
Stripe receives the payment information you enter on its hosted checkout page. Our order records store the order ID, browser identifier, payment references, timestamps, processing state and result URL. We do not store your full card number. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to its processing.
Generated results and records
Generated images may be hosted by the AI provider, while our database stores their URLs. The website checks your order’s browser identifier before serving a result, but the provider’s underlying media URL may be accessible to anyone who has it. Do not submit sensitive photographs. Download any image you want to keep; indefinite result availability is not promised.
Deletion and support requests
Contact zhikui@deeptideai.com with your order number to request deletion of data we control or help with provider-held data. We may retain transaction information where needed for refunds, dispute handling or applicable obligations. Browser drafts can be cleared using the workspace button. This release does not have an automatic retention/deletion scheduler.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics receives page paths, approximate location, device information and usage events such as opening checkout, confirmed payment, accepted refund, generation completion and downloads. Payment events include the USD order value and a hashed transaction reference to avoid duplicates. We do not send your photos, file names, email, card information or original order links to Google. Analytics cookies help measure visits. Advertising features and automatic form tracking are disabled. Declining does not affect payment or try-on. Use Analytics preferences on any page to change your choice; withdrawing consent stops future collection and clears our Google Analytics cookies. Previously collected information may remain with Google under its retention practices. See Google’s privacy policy. Browser settings and blockers may also prevent measurement.
Other information
The hosting and processing services may maintain operational logs for reliability and abuse prevention. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. This release does not add advertising trackers. External links open services with their own privacy practices.
