AI pants try-on: use a clear lower-body photo

Trousers need a person photo that shows the waist and legs. A cropped portrait cannot provide the area required for a meaningful pants preview. Select Bottoms when submitting a trouser reference.

Show the legs and waistband area

Use a full-length image with your legs visible and a relaxed stance. Avoid furniture or bags hiding the hips. Keep shoes within the frame when you want to compare the overall outfit.

A very long original top may obscure the waistband. The generated result can estimate what is behind it, but that estimate should not be treated as a measurement.

Prepare a single trouser reference

Show both legs, the waistband and hems. Choose a plain product image rather than a collage. Jeans, trousers and similar bottoms belong in the Bottoms category.

Fine seams, distressing, pleats and pocket details may be reconstructed. Check those details separately in the seller’s original photographs.

Compare the general cut

The preview may help explore whether you like a wide-leg, tapered or straight silhouette. It cannot establish whether the waist, rise or seat will fit your body.

Use the actual waist, hip, inseam and rise measurements for buying decisions. Consider the fabric’s stretch and whether the listed measurements refer to the garment or the body.

Keep expectations realistic

Shoes and the original pose can affect how a generated hem looks. The model may alter the ankles, floor or body contour while generating trousers.

Review the complete image before sharing. A generated preview is a styling aid; it does not replace a physical fitting or a reliable return option.

Frequently asked questions

Can the tool choose my jeans size?

No. It does not measure waist, hips or inseam.

Do I need a full-body photo?

A full-length photo is recommended for pants because the model needs to see the waist and legs.
